1. Individual Awards:
a. Wisdom Award: Open to anyone who was once attempted to suicide but had the courage to confront the problems and the wisdom to overcome them, making the winner a role model for society.

b. Compassion Award: Open to those who made a great contribution through care for life or suicide prevention activities (including research of applicable methods and skills for suicide prevention).
Participants may enter both individual awards.

2. Group Award:
Great Vow Award –
Those that make an outstanding contribution to the promotion of caring for life or suicide prevention related activities that led to significant social improvement and progress.

3. Special Contribution Award:
In recognition of the contribution of those with outstanding professionals for their experience or expertise in leading and promoting suicide prevention and caring for life ideals around the world.

1. Individual Awards: The award winner will be presented with a metallic statued trophy, a certificate and a NT$300,000 cash prize (tax inclusive).

2. Group Award: The award winner will be presented with a metallic statued trophy, a certificate and a NT$300,000 cash prize (tax inclusive).

3. Special Contribution Award: The award winner will be presented with a metallic statued trophy, an honorary certificate and a NT$300,000 or US$10,000 equilibrium cash prize (tax inclusive).

All winners of individual and group awards will have their achievements publicly recognized.

If there are no suitable candidates for the above awards or the award winner should pass away before receiving their award, the award may be reserved.
