The judging committee will be composed of the following representatives of the industry, government and academic sectors as well as the Dharma Drum Humanities & Social Improvement Foundation. Namely :

Venerable Hui Min: President of the Dharma Drum Buddhist College; Chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Electronic Text Association
Cardinal Bishop Paul Shan Kuo-Hsi. S.J: Catholic cardinal bishop for the Taiwan region
Mr. LI, Ming-Bin: Professor of Psychiatry, NTU Hospital; President of the Taiwan Medical Association; Director of the National Suicide Prevention Center; Deputy President of the Pacific Rim College of Psychiatrists; President of the Taiwan Alzheimer's Disease Association.
Mr. LIN, Bai-Li: Taiwanese entrepreneur, founder and CEO of the Quanta Group, Chairman of Quanta Computers
Mdm. GUO, Xiao-Ling: President of the Yonglin Education and Charity Foundation.
Mr. CHEN, Wei-Chao: Former president of the NTU/Professor Emeritus of the NTU Medical School
Mr. CHIEN, Fu: former R.O.C. Minister of Foreign Affairs and President of the Control Yuan; currently a director of the Cathay United Bank and chairman of the Cathay Foundation.
Mr. WU, Nien-Chen: Renowned Taiwanese literary worker, author, playwright and director (for TV, stage and movies)
